  We got two couches from Craigslist for our new apartment in Brooklyn. They were nice but a little used-looking. We sent a message to Couch Cleaning NYC, they got back to us in minutes, and we set up a time for them to come. They arrived on time, cleaned up the couches with no fuss, and were so nice throughout.   Erik did an amazing job! Our dog had an accident on our beloved velvet sofa, and it developed a deep-set urine smell - we were afraid it was a lost cause. But Couch Cleaning NYC sent Erik over, and it took him under an hour to expunged the smell - and the dog hair, and the dust, and the mystery grit that collects in the button holes. Very pleased - we'll definitely hire again!
